Responsibility for Lost, Misplaced, or Damaged Packages
Once your package is handed over to USPS, it is no longer under our control. We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged packages during transit.
If your package is:
- Lost or misplaced: Please contact USPS to file a claim directly.
- Damaged in transit: Customers are required to file a claim with USPS.
